A Fresh Start for the Adventure
Pastor Coran taught us that...
Sometimes, we get off track and we mess up. We may take a wrong turn or go the wrong way, but God is still with us. Sometimes, we just need a fresh start.
When we need a fresh start, we need to shift our mindset. We must stop making excuses, take stock of what we have, and listen to God for new direction. Then we must shift our expectations. We must stop expecting what we want and begin expecting what God will do. We cannot move in our own abilities, knowledge, and judgement. we must act in faith. Finally, we must shift our focus. We must refocus our vision on what God’s vision is for us and our purpose. We must put our full faith and trust in God.
God has a plan for our lives. He will fulfill it. We must commit our ways to the Lord and He will establish our plans.
God reminds us of this in Zechariah 10:6 (NASB)…
“And I will strengthen the house of Judah,
And I will save the house of Joseph,
And I will bring them back,
Because I have had compassion on them;
And they will be as though I had not rejected them,
For I am the Lord their God and I will answer them.”
God has a plan for our lives. He will fulfill it. We must commit our ways to the Lord and He will establish our plans.

This is your journey. Have a FUN ADVENTURE, filled with JOY. Focus on your PURPOSE. Remain true to your FAITHFULNESS. Trust God through the ANXIETY, FEAR, GRIEF, and PAIN. Adhere to godly WISDOM. Maintain HOPE in Jesus, and you will have the VICTORY.
