Heavenly Father, we come to you today seeking rest for our souls. Help us to trust in Your promises and have faith in Your goodness. Teach us to live a life of obedience to Your will, and to find peace in knowing that we are loved and cared for by You. Renew us, refresh us, and strengthen us for the journey ahead. May Your rest be our refuge, and Your peace be our guide. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
