Prayer:
Heavenly Father, we come before you today, humbly asking for your guidance and strength. Help us to embrace truth and put on the breastplate of righteousness, so that we may be protected from the enemy's attacks. Grant us the wisdom to take up the helmet of salvation and wield the sword of the Spirit, so that we may resist temptation and defeat the enemy. Help us to be brave in the face of change and allow you to work in our lives to bring about the change you desire. We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus.
