Dear Lord,
We come before you today with grateful hearts, seeking your guidance and wisdom. We thank you for reminding us of the great commandment in Mark 12:29-31 NASB, to love you with all our heart, soul, and mind, and to love our neighbor as ourselves.
Help us to focus on this commandment as we journey through life and grow in our faith. Give us the strength and courage to put you first in all things, and to show kindness and compassion to those around us.
Remind us to be humble, to show empathy and understanding to our neighbors, and to remember that we are all part of the same family. May we be patient with ourselves as we are transformed by your love and grace.
We trust in you, Lord, to sustain us and guide us on our faith journey. Help us to stay focused on loving you and our neighbor, and to be open to the transforming power of your love.
