Our theme for today, “Self-Control: Mastering Strength Within,” is not just a concept but a profound truth rooted in Scripture that enables us to navigate life's challenges and triumphs with grace and poise.

As we delve into our focus verse, let us turn to Galatians 5:22-23, which reminds us, “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.” Here, we see that self-control is a divine fruit, cultivated through our relationship with the Holy Spirit.
